Five Years of Product Engineering: What Actually Matters

Ownership, shipping, and quality — the filters used when choosing AI problems, stacks, and consulting engagements.

After five-plus years shipping mobile and full-stack products, résumé lines matter less than the reps: end-to-end features, painful production bugs, and releases that survived real users.

What I optimize for now: remote-first teams that ship, problems in health, fintech, community, or infra, and engagements where outcomes — not ticket throughput — define success.

Technically I stay bilingual: Swift/SwiftUI for native depth, React Native/Expo for shared velocity. AI integrations are multipliers, not replacements for solid architecture.

Consulting artifacts exist so clients can evaluate the work: clear strategy notes, production checklists, and code their teams can own.

If my work maps to your problem, talk to me. Prefer a clear problem over a perfect job description.
