Challenge
Stand up a full social platform — community groups, events, realtime chat, and premium access — as a production mobile product, not a clickable prototype.
Approach
Founder-led product engineering: architecture, client, and release workflow owned in one place. React Native and Expo for iOS and Android, with TypeScript and a custom design system.
System
Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data, realtime sync, Edge Functions, and row-level security. Offline-first caching for events and tickets. Stripe for subscriptions. EAS for CI/CD and OTA updates.
Result
A beta social platform in testers’ hands. No fabricated user or revenue numbers — the work is the architecture, the shipping path, and the product itself.
